🌍 International Shipping FAQ

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and South Africa. We are working on expanding to more countries soon!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

After our creative processing time (7-10 business days), we use DHL Express and USPS International Shipping for our international deliveries to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

  • Canada & UK: 3–5 business days.

  • Nigeria & South Africa (DHL Express Only): 5–7 business days.

  • United States (Domestic): 2–5 business days.

  • Please note: Customs processing in your country may occasionally add 1-2 days to these estimates.

3. Will I have to pay extra duties or taxes when my package arrives?

No. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means we calculate all import duties and local taxes (like VAT or GST) at checkout. The price you pay on our website is the final price. You will not receive any surprise bills from the courier or customs office.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS or DHL tracking number. You can track your package in real-time on the DHL website.

5. What if my package is lost or damaged?

Every international shipment is fully insured. If your package does not arrive or is damaged during transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at Info@crwnlx.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, and we will resolve it immediately.

6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Because we use DHL Express for international orders, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
