1. Return & Exchange Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, or dust bags).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

4. The Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact Info@crwnlx.com or fill out Contact form with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size/color of the same item. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at Info@crwnlx.com.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
